Returns and Refunds
At Qualityegroup, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of handmade greeting cards and printing services. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds.
Handmade Greeting Cards
Due to the handmade nature of our greeting cards, we accept returns only in the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- The product received does not match the description on our website
- The wrong product was sent
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unopened, with all original packaging.
Custom Printing Services
For custom printing services, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:
- If an error is made on our part, we will reprint the order at no additional cost
- If you provided incorrect information or changed your mind after production has begun, refunds may not be available
- Once printing has commenced, cancellation may not be possible
Please review all proofs and confirmations carefully before approving production.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@qualityegroup.world or +447871630503 within 14 days of receipt
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the item securely and return it to the address provided
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
Refunds will not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-printed items (unless defective)
- Items that have been used, written on, or altered
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
